Sent to Coventry

Postby Spitfire » Fri Apr 09, 2010 11:37 am

I have 'information' that one of a certain airborne and recently retired 'hunter' species may be spending its twilight years in a fully running and taxiable condition with the AA at Coventry ...... it seems mid morning on May 11th is a date and time worth diarising for arrival. ;)

There are numbers and letters involved in my 'information' .....MR2 XV232.... but these are yet to be fully confirmed ;)

My 'information' has nothing at all to do with Air Atlantique having put in a bid for a retired Nimrod MR2 ....and taking delivery on May 11th .... that is an entirely different story and totally coincidental :p ;)

Sooty

One Olympus 301 has twice the power of a complete F1 starting grid.
XM655 has four of them, all serviceable.
