No they havent been in touch with us, but like lots of the other things in the past, Airfix and Corgi for example it will be us having to call them to remind them we are here and have to working Lightnings ~x(

Good idea though :)

Hi,

Great pictures, brings back memories of Airshows and holidays on the East Coast with my late Father, who was a Lightning afficionado!

We've got 8mm silent films of lightnings vulcans etc.

Walking along the cliffs at Walcot Ostend watching Lightnings fly out to sea below cliff level!

Camping near Coltishall and hearing a big bang and flash during the night and finding out next day a
lightning had crashed!

Lots of memories, I feel old!

I'm glad it wasn't Nev, in a way.

Never knew Brunty used to have a Phantom. Was only saying to someone the other day that it's a glaring omission from the collection.

What's the story please (without naming names!)?

There was a nose section up there on the day I started, it had gone the next time I went up :(

I do believe that there has been a couple up there at one time or another. I'm sure Andy will know for sure
