558 Lyneham 10/11 Nov 09

Postby Mackrick » Thu Nov 12, 2009 8:02 pm

Spent the last 2 evenings over at RAF Lyneham (No photos sorry to busy).
Went to give Oberon a hand showing ATC Cadets around 558. An enjoyable if not a grilling time with the questions.
558 Is still their up on jacks with the port leg now dispatched to the OEM.
Lots of behind the scenes work has been going on in getting things ready for the winter servicing.
more updates to follow hopefully.....

Just better hope they get that funding otherwise Lyneham will end up with a two legged gate guard. :((
This is my sig:

I hope it's not too inflammatory and I hope that certain people wont completely misunderstand it like they did with the last one.

Not sure who arranged it but they were local ATC Squadrons ....
You always try contacting the lyneham ACLO or the media and communications officer http://www.raf.mod.uk/raflyneham/aboutus/faq.cfm?#d3
