Name this Image

Here's your chance to name a print. I'm having a hard time coming up with a title.... any ideas? I just finished this one last weekend.

The pilot's name is Ted Conlin and his Mustang that day was Gironimo. He shot the AR234 in it's hangar at the Tarnewitz airfield then zipped out over the water to get away. The big 88 tried real hard to get him but didn't.

You can zoom in on it a bit here: http://actionart.ca/index1n.html

He was just a new pilot at the time and it was a targets of opportunity kind of day. He said he just shot into the first hangar he saw. Later the intel team took an interest in his gun camera footage and later told him he had got an experimental jet. The AR was in it's early stages then. A lucky strike!

First thing that pops into my head is
"Geronimo's Prize" but I'll keep rolling
it around in my head....

Was Conlin's fighter named Gironimo or
the much more common usage Geronimo?

Yes Dan, it was the more common Geronimo, that's just my blurry eyes doing that.

Thanks everyone! I'll run them by Ted and see what he thinks.

Cheers! - Len

Edit - later, after drinks,

Thanks to everyone, all excellent suggestions, I had a hard time picking. I finally settled on a slight variation of Dan's, "Geronimo's Lucky Strike".

Well, now onto the Typhoons...no rest for the truly wicked...

I might be a little late here & certainly I'm not very imaginative but all I can come up with is..

'Geronimo's Raid'
In memory of a very dear friend - Mike Pearson

Very fond memories of Robbie Gilvary - DTs 1st Vulcan Captain who taught DT all he knew.
