Good pics .Now I wish I was allowed to go to east fortune next week :(( ,Nearest I will get to there is the other side of the Forth estury about 8 miles away don't think will see a lot from there .

I know this is out of place .Just going through the diplay for Leuchars I see on TVOC, 558 is listed as on ground only no fly .But on the http://www.airshow .co.uk she is listed as flying .has someone forgot or is the flight op page incorect .IE is she flying or not.

Thanks, MR........

They're all good, but the landing light
detail shot is especially nice!

You would know this: Is the extend/retract
function on those electric or hydraulic?????
Any springs involved?

Electric actuator operated If I remember correctly it had a blow back clutch on it incase they forget to retract them.

I had a brill day

Just one of 558 that I thought was a rather an interesting angle -sorry for the quality - It was taken at the top of 558s steep intial climb away

I am AMAZED! And after I made all those hypothetical
questions on the other forum way, way back about
Rolling the Vulcan.....

Especially with that second one, I'd say she was about
85 to 90 per cent THERE!

Would love to hear the cockpit intercom exchange.....
