apparently, all Hercs are to be moved to Brize by 2012 with no immediate proposal for alternative defence usage of Lyneham

In 2002 they were also talking about it http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/1767860.stm.
Don't remember when it was first tabled in Parliament though.
