At Leuchars 08

Postby Lancer » Fri Nov 07, 2008 3:52 pm

Taken at Leuchars 08, Sorry its not brilliant, weather was dismal and i dashed to the front of the crowd as i heard her spooling up. Its probably the only pics i have have got of 558 as the last time she flew in 1997 i didnt have a camera. Hopefully ill get more opportunities next season to photograph this beautiful aircraft.
Oh yes and she DID NOT take off, just did a taxi run, you could still hear the tears as we left the airshow 4 hours later. Ah well !

And I wouldn't mind betting the starboard one inched off the runway ever so slightly too.
