I had my pledge letter today and sent it back with a cheque as I don't think it's a good idea to have letters flying around in the post with full credit card details written on them :-o :-o

I really hope they get a new business model sorted with no need to keep asking for donations and pledges as I really don't think I can send any more no matter how dire things get - there's got to be an end to these funding peeks and troughs. :)

So, in other words, you're giving no more
money to 558 unless they do a flypast at
your daughter's wedding, is that right?????

I spoke to Roma yesterday with regard paying by card over the phone.

She does not have the facilities for that.. and also needs all the pledge forms back - completed where applicable, to tie it all together.

People can EDonate thier pledges and attatch a copy of the (reply) EMail with the pledge form and post it back. Or pay by cheque.

( I too - am not happy having my full credit card details/sec code etc.. being kept on a piece of paper)
Look Mummy.. there's an aeroplane up in the sky.....

So why didn't they think of that before doing it - its nuts in this age of card fraud ... just say cheques only ;)
