Wellesbourne Wings and Wheels 2020

XM655 Maintenance and Preservation Society are delighted to announce that we will be holding a Wellesbourne Wings and Wheels event on 21st June 2020. The event will follow the usual format of two Vulcan taxi runs, a Classic Car show, and various catering and merchandise outlets. Further details will be published as they become available, but make sure Father’s Day is blocked out on your calendar.

Whilst the final disposition of Wellesbourne Airfield is not yet settled, it is now clear that it will continue to operate in some form. Discussions between the landowners and Stratford District Council are continuing to determine what that form will be. 655MaPS are confident that whatever the outcome, the future of XM655 as an active aircraft is secure.

XM655 is the most powerful, the most complete, the most accessible and the most attractive Avro Vulcan in the world. Come along on Father's Day and enjoy !!
