I don't really understand all this technology that means she shows up on flight Radar, but I've been watching her for over an hour now and it's wonderful :D \:D/ :ymapplause:
I keep getting the odd coms from them too. Hurricane just told me they were doing a full display. Wish I was there though :))

and if anyone can get there for 1pm today:

from the canadian lanc's FB page:
Last night our Lancaster flew a familiarization flight with a few BBMF crew on board. We were joined by the BBMF Hurricane for a few passes. Today's flights will be with the two Lancasters, the first one scheduled for 1 pm

:ymapplause: :ymapplause: :ymapplause: Wonderful photos Pam :) :)

We had a very bizarre afternoon, we went to Grantham for dinner then had a walk around North Witham and on the way home decided to get McDonalds from Sleaford and take it to Coningsby. We had no idea they were going out again (hadn't seen any times and we don't own a phone or any other gadget with internet), I thought we had been clever in avoiding all the people =)) =)) and we'd eat our dinner and go home. NOPE \:D/ \:D/ \:D/ \:D/

I'm still lost for words. It was a genuine surprise, but so wonderful, I haven't watched my footage back yet but I'm pretty sure I made some odd noises on it =)) =))

Spotted in the distance flying towards Spalding.
No photos taken.
Probably my only view of her whilst she is here.

Wonder what time the flypast will be? I will check on BBMF webpage nearer the date.
I have to be at an appointment at the local Job Centre at 10:50 on the 21st August.
Tried to see the Lancaster display via Planes TV, but their stream crashed.

I think (but may be wrong) the 21st at Marham is a display.
I also don't know the time I'm afraid.
