Lovely blue sky - oh for flying display when it's sunny!! :))

Has Harry proceeded to be PIC yet?

Kev my info was from an e-mail I received from GAR (Global Aviation Review) via facebook which put Harry in the front seat.

http://globalaviationresource.com/v2/20 ... d-airshow/

NB the Apache carried out a small display at Throckmorton on Saturday on its way to Cosford.

The commentators at Throckmorton had a sergeant in the front seat with the capt in the rear. I guess he was in there somewhere! :D

As regards the PIC status I am not sure Pam.

This was my first outing with my camera since Brize's Families Day last year and my Canon 450D is still under-exposing in high uv conditions ie full sun. I have always used a uv filter to protect the lens from scratches etc and this does not appear to make a difference - or does it? Has anyone else had this problem?

Very nice vid Paul. I hear from your footage that Capt Wales was not on board so he seems to have only flown in the Apache at Cosford.

Well he was in the front seat at Cosford and he is just about recognisable in my photos under helmet and visor.
He even waved at me!
I'd rather be skiing
