I've got hundreds in the loft, safest place for the diecasts! ;)

I'll just need to be making the other kits as they are all in their boxes still! :D

Thought I would do a quick update, as I don't post often these days. I have sort of finished the two Tornados (the GR1 is the TASF one we had at Honington & the F3 from 5 Sqd which I had the pleasure to work on) and the concorde is done, never worked or flew on them, just always thought it was a great aircraft.

I still have my 1/48 Chinook in the 18 Sqn anniversary colours, plus I now have a 1/48 F9 Hunter which I will be doing in 208 Sqn as this was the aircraft my dad worked on in RAF Eastleigh. The photos are the best of the ones I keep taking as I have not quite got the hang of taking this type of photo, at least it hides the gash bits :p

Except for the ones hanging from the ceiling i.e Nimrod & Sentry (where Mrs OR cannot reach, having knocked an item of the shelf and flattened the Nimrod nose leg) the others are safely under cover in some display cases I got from a German firm sorashowcases, they are made to measure and it keeps the other models safe ;)

Thanks for the kind comments, it is appreciated. I have got the modelling bug again but just find it hard with working and family life as I am to tired to do anything in the evenings and the better half always has jobs/visiting at the weekends (which is another reason that some still have some more work to do, as I end up rushing to get them completed when I get an opportunity to work on them). I keep hoping for a lottery win so I can retire a bit earlier but that will never happen and by the time I do retire I probably won't be able to see what I am doing anyway :(

Same for us all mate (Apart from Cluny ;) )

I've had a Jag T2 on the go for over a year. Kids, work and chores mean it could take me another year to finish it

Oli, lovely work :ymapplause: but if you are going to put it into a competition the last picture appears to have the RH forward blade the wrong way around compared to the other two, though in the second picture it looks right, so maybe an optical illusion.
