Queens Jubilee Flypast

So the MOD have requested temporary airspace restrictions for the fly past of 85 A/C 19th May :ymapplause:

Too include all 3 services and including BBMF and of course the Reds - not sure but I would also like to see the Navy Historic Flight.
In memory of a very dear friend - Mike Pearson

Very fond memories of Robbie Gilvary - DTs 1st Vulcan Captain who taught DT all he knew.

It will be split in to two elements, presumably to allow all the rotary assetts to do their own thing! ;)

It'll be to let them go round a couple of times so it looks like we've 85 a/c! :D

I thought the usual practice was to pay £millions to build them, sell them to the yanks for £1 and then rent them back at a huge cost.

Perhaps we are going to hertz renta plane for them?

TBF. once we have the BBMF (4), Navy historic flight (4), spare spits from connisgsby (3), Vulcan? (1), Reds (7), WZ507 (1). theres 20 aircraft and the raf have given nothing new!

then you will have the Whirlybirds (there are usually 8 or ten in formation for the black cats display)

85 aircraft isn't actually that many!

we have a 25 ship display in York!!!!
