I am looking forward to it even though I have no idea what it will be like or what will happen but am still quite excited. Can any one give me a small insight to what it is really happens at that sort of thing because all I have heard is that 558 could be there on sunday and there is some war renactments?

Anyone who's coming tomorrow, be advised, the roads leading up to the show are shocking!

Coventry road has temporary lights over the railway bridge and they are awful. They stay on red for an eternity. I'm hoping they'll take them down for the weekend.

The weather looks good though!

See you tomorrow, if you're coming!

It's supposed to be fine this afternoon, but I have to say it doesn't look promising at present.

Well since I last posted it has been awful really low cloud and wet, but the sun is shining through now.

HH, Gortex jackets don't allow VFR a/c to fly unfortunately

Well we carried GORETEX jackets but only wore them intermittently to keep out the cold breeze, weather stayed dry!

Photo's on the other thread shortly! ;)

It was a good weekend, the weather stayed reasonable, XP and HH were good company as usual and HH has a new job of Dexter's babysitter, they really hit it off!

Did anyone notice the twin-prop which passed directly over while the Hurricane was displaying on Sunday? Possible a little naughty I thought...It wasn't all that much higher.

Yes there were several incursions in to what should have been a notified area, perhaps Leicester ATC were not on the ball!
