RAF Wittering Families Day 22nd July 2011

Postby Xplumberlives » Thu Jul 21, 2011 6:59 pm

Just nipped on for a quick look see, four Hunters, a Jet Provost and a T4 Harrier and of course 558, even the weather is looking reasonable! ;)

Yes!

My prayers on your behalf seem to be
taking hold!

Weather looks halfway decent if not
spectacular......

558 does have a thirst, doesn't she?

I would bring it all as it's great seeing you try to put it all on! :D

Some light rain in the late afternoon and evening! ;)

Had a good day today - PODs first public display in 558, nice display from Jules in the hawk, lovely 4ship fly by from Team Viper and the Falcons landed only about 20yards from us, BBMF were late but I think there may have been a mix up between Local and Zulu timings!!- but all in all well worth the trip.

Cracking day with my youngest son and Miss Chievous, took some wonderful shots of James with the Coatimundis from the Chesterfield Petting Zoo! Oh and a few of the aircraft too! ;)
