After thinking long and hard about attending this years Cosford Airshow i decided for only the second time since 1986 to give my local Airshow a miss

All was not lost though as i took the decision to head up to the base on the Saturday afternoon 11.06.2011 to watch and video some of the arrivals

Only took a few pics

Looking fantastic in its all over silver finish and on its first outing Tucano ZF378

Then joined by two VIPs

BE505 and R4118

Then the Belgian Airforce flew in with two Augusta A109BA`s

At first I thought the two V.I.P.s were in the PORTALOOS in the foreground! =))
