The day before C.W.J!

Postby Xplumberlives » Fri Jun 03, 2011 3:55 pm

I was lucky enough to be at Bruntingthorpe on the Saturday before the C.W.J. day and watched a lot of the preparations; luckily the weather was a little better than the day itself!

Bucc being run up.

At last a shot of the Guppy in the sun!

904 looking lovely in the light!

Great Stuff, Dave!

I especially like the last one........

BUT!

Do you have anything to show the other
side of Guppy?

It would be nice to see all the work they've
been doing, but noone's put up any shots
of the starboard side.

It's REALLY difficult to get a shot from the good side, Danf. You get ZERO light. I've got some shots that I've taken and edited to try and brighten them up a bit. Still a bit silhouettey though

That's because they started work on the WRONG side!

Here you go

It's been brightened as much as I dare. If you look hard behind the wing, you can see as far as we have got with the blue and red, it's all over the grass after that. Orange on saturday ;)

Thanks, upon reflection I should have got across to the other side as the light was far more sympathetic! ;)

Ce la vie!

Yes, you're quite right, maybe we should consider planning our photographic opportunities a little better! :D

Thanks for the Pic, Gaz!

And DXP, I think they were perhaps wise to
start on the side less seen........

That way they get to PRACTISE!!!!!!!

Looking forward to the day she's all painted
up and shiney!

And then there's the thing about some Engines......
