Cockpits I have sat in.

Postby Hula-Hoop » Thu Dec 02, 2010 9:15 pm

In my life I have been fortunate enough to been seated in many different aircraft cockpits:

Harrier
Sea Hurricane
Tiger Moth
Buccaneer (020) at brunty
Hunter
Canberra
Vulcan
Victor
Jolly Green Giant (CH53)
Griffen
Jet Provost
Lightning

Have any others had fun experiences in cockpits?

Good question, interesting to see what people have had a sit in!

Off to top of my head;

Harrier (lots of times)
Concorde
Avro Ansen
Dragon Rapide
Tiger Moth
Extra 300L
Spitfire (MKII)
Lancaster
DC-3
PBY Catalina
Lightning
F-16
Phantom
Rafale
A-10
Hawk (Red Arrow)
Lynx
Puma
The name escapes me but it's the jet they use at North Weald for pleasure flights, Venom or Vampire I think.

There's only 1 that has evaded me and thats the F-86A Sabre.... if only! \:D/
