Doesn't seem so , this was captured in July this year over the Nellis ranges ;)

so im told Nasa is using some and might use them for UAVs
Fly fast jets and/or C130s over my house please, I'm bored!

Most air forces will keep a few old types flying around for use as development and trials vehicles, just look back over the years at what used to fly out of Boscombe Down! ;)
