Jersey

I talked DT in to going for the airshow in September - now I see 558 has been confirmed as appearing. Made me raise an eyebrow as I thought they wanted to keep the transit times down this year!!

Anyway any one else intending to go? Cluny for instance?

I might be able to go.

Damn, so many rich people on here!! :))

I have a tent and motorbike Ace. I never worry about things until they happen and I still have a few weeks before completion so I may as well just keep thinking of nice things instead, however far fetched they might be :)

Anyway, Jersey trip isn't hugely expensive. The flights (return) are £131 all inc, a nice 4 star hotel is £30 a night and the actual airshow is free! Considering last year I spent around £250 for RIAT I would say a few days holiday in Jersey with a nice big airshow in beautiful surroundings is positively bargainous!

I found some one way flights for £20 today, considering it's only an 1 hour trip I'd be willing to sit in the cargo hold!!!! :)) :)) :))

=))

£20 flights! Is that all inc and with what company?

I was on the Flybe website and they had one way flights for £33 but by the time you click "book flights" and they have added on taxes and baggage it was £78!! ~x( Got me all excited and then disappointed.

If I can get to Southampton then I can stow away on the Seacat thingy :ymdevil:

Have you heard any thing about the Tucano? I read on one forum there was an incident & she may not be appearing but have seen and heard absolutely nothing any where else.
