Why did you put a cow in the Hilux just to hit it? :-o

Don't forget 655 has helped out 558 again this summer in various ways and we will be topping up the old girls tanks with 1000 gallons of fuel on Saturday. Also there has been the odd skin repair and some ground work going on ready for our new iso containers.

That should be "Thanks to Bovril".

All I did was fix a few exhaust manifold stud threads, Roger is the one who has been getting filthy working under the tug week after week. :ymapplause:

One Olympus 301 has twice the power of a complete F1 starting grid.
XM655 has four of them, all serviceable.

Had a good day at 655 yesterday,it was my first visit since July.

The fuel turned up at about 10am and we loaded only 3,250 litres as the airfields bfi was getting low and we didn't want to leave them short.I did some more refuelling training with Bovril and Richard with them selecting tanks and moving fuel around the aircraft and its also good to exercise the aircrafts fuel pumps aswell.RHV changed the hydraulic charging point valve(thank you vtst for the new valve) as ours had started to weep fluid.
Had a number of visitors who with their donations helped swell the coffers a bit.
