D1ckhead followed it till it got behind the hospitality tents then thought he was being clever panning on through - but she took off from behind the tents and climbed so steeply he couldn't find her again :D :D :D

Missed the impressive first wing over completely ~x(

We have a FLIR camera at work, except it uses colour or monochrome. We use it for casing leaks etc. It cost £7500 and the most use it gets is to find bunnies at night - and its laser pointer comes in useful ;)

Thanks Dougs - the B52 only does flypasts - she took off from RIAT at 10.00 & returned at 3.20 - that's some turning circle!! :)) :)) :))

I noticed yesterday that the fling display seems to be getting further away from the crowd line is this just me or have the H&S crew been at work? 558's display started really well with a fantastic takeoff and banking turn but did not stay very close to the crowd and just did a couple of laps, then the BAE typhoon was so far away i could not see it most of the time :(

Not sure if there are different rules for FAB as it is a built up area, but it was mentioned at RIAT that 558 was displaying well away from the crowd.

There are display lines I think it's 350 meters from the crowd line. Was there a strong on crowd wind? - that may explain it if there was a danger A/C could be blown toward the crowd
