Seeing things?

Postby Mayfly » Thu Jul 15, 2010 2:27 pm

Am I going mad or have I seen a post somewhere [Stiggy was it you?] saying someone was heading for the right hand side of the Pimms tent!!!
In memory of a very dear friend - Mike Pearson

Very fond memories of Robbie Gilvary - DTs 1st Vulcan Captain who taught DT all he knew.

Guilty as charged your honour. I actually meant the Jubilee garden :ymblushing:

I realised after that post the right side of the pimms tent was basically outside of the airfield

:)) No problem it's just I was going to point out the Pimms tent is not in the middle of the flight line :))

Don't know where it was other than it wasn't where it's going be this year - 558 & VV are at the other end this too...

If thats the case that'll be ideal for me. I've got to pick up my pre-paid programme from the CSMA tent which is at the westend of the runway. I presume they'll almost be next to each other?

Civil Service Motoring Association. Its a membership scheme open to pretty much most in the public sector/friends/family etc, just a closely guarded secret.
www.csmaclub.co.uk

I got my tickets for £30 each, no booking fee, a half price programme through them and 20% discount on anything in the Air Tattoo gift collection when purchased online. The membership costs £15 per year, but instantly makes it good value as you get free motor legal expenses which normally costs £20 as an add-on to most car insurance policies. They are associated with alot of big events all year round and have been for years, namely Goodwood FOS & RIAT this year. I got my RIAT tickets from them last year too :D
