That'll be Paul's Pitt's Special then ;)

Thought it was a Starduster 2 or similar. got a pic amongst this lot which I've put on a page on the Guppy site as a sub page to the CWJ day Guppy pics,
http://www.superguppy.co.uk/images/gall ... allery.htm

here's a direct link to the Starduster pic: http://www.superguppy.co.uk/images/gall ... duster.jpg click on the image and it will go to full sacreen and beyond (as will all of them - stops photo*ucket reducing them down in size!)

It is a starduster 2 actually a Stolp Starduster Too SA300

Looking at those wings you might be right!

Just seem to remember it saying "Pitt's" in fancy writing on the nose ;)
NB; Any negative comments I post about the Vulcan are posted SOLELY to wind Gregg up!

Dunno if anyone is interested but you can read my attempt at a report on the main Vulcan site, but you have to log in to the club section, then click on News > Airshow reports.

About time you got some of your own medicine. :D

The programme that we got at the entrance says it is a Starduster ( the yellow biplane thing).

RLN wrote:Excellent day - nice to see everyone again. I spent the day bothering Naddy, I'm afraid. As IanM says, I look a bit like a matchstick. Very good turnout and all the runs were good, especially the Lightning (but I'm a bit biased; well done Andy et al.).
No pictures, but Naddy was saying that the ones with long lenses were making up for deficiencies in other areas. I might have mentioned that I had a tripod, but no camera :ymblushing: I thought I'd better say it before Naddy blows it out of all proportion - and I don't mean that the way some of you might be thinking. :p

=)) =))

But you've said it all so eloquently RLN! Was great to see you again. Thanks for keeping me company.... I don't think my kids noticed I was there lol.

As for 'blowing things out of proportion'..... who have you been talking to? :ymdevil: :ymdevil:
