I'm making a flying visit to guildford on the the 12th June, what time is the flypast scheduled for?

I'd love to be able to take a detour on my way home to catch it, any ideas where the nearest viewing place would be to the M3?

from memory the actual flypast is 1 - 1.30 I remember because they didn't televise it on BBC2 as they had the Trooping of the Colour, once HRH left the parade square they put a repeat of Question of Sport on 2 & I complained bitterly to the BBC as there was only 30sec on the 1o'clock news... :)) :)) :))

No idea of other timings sorry. I would expect more info on the fora nearer the time tho'

I'd be keen to know what sort of time you think you'll be at Brize Cluny / anyone else? I'm thinking it will probably be the best place for me to play spectator while doing a huge detour on my way back to sunny Dorset from Surrey and the fact I can't get lost around those parts.

I shall be there [26 , eastern end] from about 9-10 ish in the morning till about 4 or 5 in the afternoon as im free loading the families day too [weather permitting] ;)
If you do come , park at the village hall [opposite the Chequers pub] and walk up as the local plod is abit fierce on parking near the approaches at the mo .

Looking at the maps, it'll take me about 1hour 30mins to get to brize from guildford so i'll be there by noon (hopefully not too late by then).

I'll PM you nearer the time to make sure I can find you.

I think I might just venture out to the Spalding Golf Club (PE11 4EA) on the 8th or 9th of June, depending upon the weather!
