What I read at the time was they were all
scheduled to come to UK last summer and
then they got excessively bombarded by
microwaves at Paris even while flying and
decided they didn't want to be spied on
quite that much and then cancelled......

Not much punctuation in THAT sentence....

Anyhow, I am HAPPY you get the RAPTOR
this SUMMOR!!!!

Maybe EYE'LL get to see her TOO!!!!!!

And i still think this is the finest aircraft
flying at the moment, Ruskies notwithstanding.....

Thanks for the Vid Cluny :D .

I'm going to make sure I see the Raptor this year come hell or high water!

I would agree with you Dan4th, I've just never heard/seen one with my own eyes to validate my opinion (just videos).
I did see a superb F-22 Video from Farnborough 2008 with commentry, problem is I can't find it again :( .

What day do the majority of arrivals come in? Went Thursday afternoon as don't work too far away in 09 and saw a bit of stuff come in and 2-3 practice displays but may take the whole day up there this time if that's the main day?

Thank you Cluny.
Park and View for the day on the Thursday then I think. £10 well spent. Will get my scanner before then and pack a picnic, drinks, camera, batteries and a good book! :)

Leave him at home, bring your own tent and come along!

Well it looks like I'm going to be able to afford it after all \:D/

No job yet, but I've decided to take part in a medical trial, which pays rather well...... :-SS

I think I'm going to do the saturday this year, as for the last two years its been wet on sundays (at every airshow I've attended) and the saturdays have been drier. I just hope I'm not tempting fate now?

The Drug has already been well tried in the States, with no issues, so I'm hoping all will go well........

I'd definately not do it if it was first man trials. I don't fancy having a head the size of a Medicine Ball.
