Strangely pretty aeroplane, but not sure about the size of the engines and wings.

As sometimes happens in YT the video played in chunks as it was loading and at 0.32 it stopped where the cameraman had decided to look up as the plane went over - and the frame is just full of the left engine nacelle :-o :-o :-o :-o

'Kin 'ell indeed :D :D

Just lovely!

Not too sure where to put this :))

Did this deserve a permanent grounding? certainly broke the rules of 1000' minima .........& we have no idea what if anything they have done before - certainly put a smile on my face!!!! & It was well received by the crowd.

Bit harsh, but rules are rules. I wonder if the ruling would be the same over here.

I see they place orange markers down on the ground - presumably for a reason??

David, they certainly do acknowledge the photographers, a friend of mine actually recieved some wonderful pictures of him flying his 100 Sqn Hawk through the Mach Loop a few years ago. The photographer had contacted RAF Leeming and forwarded the shots to him, he then rang the chap and actually had one of the shots looking down on him as his laptop screensaver!

The orange banners let the aircrew know where the "FANS" are.

Do people just go up there randomly or do they know when flying takes place?

Thank You Snail!

Here in Bangor we get KC-135 flyovers
and sometimes the choppy-copters over
our downtown parades, and it/they are
always impressive! I think the tanker guys
are obsessed with getting as L-O-W as
they can manage! Also as LOUD!

Here's another thing I found that I thought
