Well so far the weather looks absolutely diabolical for the next 7 days at Fairford! ~x(

I hope they've got it wrong! :D

Surely you do NOT believe the weather forecast ? :-o
when has it ever been right ?
So it wont be hot (or will it?), but it may not be torrential rain either !
As long as something flies I ll be happy enough. Taking wellies, woollies, brolly, mac, poncho, kitchen sink and .....suncream !!!
May need a trailer, then........ :)) :))

From RIAT FAQ section.

Will the Air Tattoo be cancelled if there is a continuous period of rainfall before the show?

Following the unfortunate need to cancel the 2008 Air Tattoo when the United Kingdom suffered a continuous period of rainfall over the preceding months, significant work was undertaken to make the showground and car parking arrangements for subsequent events at Fairford resilient in the face of such conditions. Had these been in place in 2008 the Air Tattoo would have taken place. These arrangements remain for all Air Tattoos staged at RAF Fairford.

Whether the car parks can cope is the question. Should be entertaining finding out. :YMSIGH:

Just seen this on the RIAT Facebook Page :( :(.
NEWS: Due to unavoidable circumstances it is with great regret that the Saudi Hawk display team will be unable to perform this year at Fairford; they have conducted successful displays at Yeovilton and Waddington over the last two weekends.

One of the camp sites has requested campers NOT to use their cars this morning as the ground is becoming increasingly water logged and he will lay on a mini bus to take spotters to the Red cark park.

It was named as Kempsford camp site but I don't know if thats what it's generally know as by those that use it.
