That'll probably be it for me this year. I'll be in America for Waddington and Kemble. Might catch a freebie to Duxford with XP ;)

Any time you want to go mate! ;)

Last year I did quite a bit of travelling

30/05/2010 CWJ taxi runs Bruntingthorpe
19/06/2010 Cotswold Airshow Kemble
20/06/2010 655MaPS Wings & Wheels Wellesbourne
26/06/2010 Biggin Hill
01/07/2010 Waddington arrivals
02/07/2010 Waddington arrivals
03/07/2010 Waddington - inside Waddington
04/07/2010 Waddington - outside Waddington
17/07/2010 RIAT Fairford
19/07/2010 Farnborough
25/07/2010 Farnborough
13/08/2010 Airbourne Eastbourne
14/08/2010 Airbourne Eastbourne
19/08/2010 Bournemouth
20/08/2010 Bournemouth
21/08/2010 Shoreham
22/08/2010 Shoreham
29/08/2010 Wings & Wheels Dunsfold
30/08/2010 Wings & Wheels Dunsfold
26/09/2010 Coventry fly-in Coventry

Plus a number of other non-airshow aviation related trips.

I might cut down this year.

Haven't done Duxford for a couple years, also Shuttleworth appeals - only been once, many years ago.
Probably my locals - still want to see a Vulcan flying past Beachy Head.

Anyone know if Coventry is happening again?
I'd rather be skiing

Going to be another thin airshow list for me this year.

Only have Shoreham Airshow planned and a trip to Yeovilton in the summer to get my (static) Harrier fix.

You won't be chancing another trip to dorset this year then seeing as your going to shoreham ;)

It'll definately be Bournemouth, possibly RIAT.

CWJ day is 50/50 as we're off to Disneyland the following day for a week, although I could always convince the missus it'll help me drive to paris as the long journey to Brunty the day before could be a warm up ;) :ymdevil:

I've only just come back from Dorset, was gonna go to Yeovilton but it was so cold I thought it would be like a freezer in there and I didn't wanna waste the £12 entry fee!

Give it another 6 months and I might have just about recovered enough to venture down there again, scary bloody place!

I might have to exchange Shoreham for Waddington as I really want to see the Thunderbirds.

This year was supposed to be "the big one" for me as I thought my house would have sold and I had planned to go to MAKS this year, but that hasn't happened so no SU-27's for me this year :(

XP, I share the work of caring for my 93 year old mother (altzeimers :( ) with my brother, so his work shifts dictate when I can get away. 2011 looks favourable :)

Who's all going to Waddo? Jiggy? :D

No problem at all XP :)

So which day are most folks likely to go?

Might also do RIAT, East Fortune and definately Leuchars - if it still exists by then :(( and I'm not very hopeful - I think the powers that be will keep Lossie......and the folks up there deserve for it to be rescued.

No not really, DT's decided he's finally, finally, finally going to retire & I only got him to airshows in the last 2 years by using the excuse of trade training - so as a civvy I have no chance!!!
