She is in excellent condition despite being outside for 20-25years.

DT has taxied her every year since 1995 & has immense respect for MaPS. There are no pollitics involved the only thing that matters is making sure 655 is servicable for her run days...... & the ground crew make excellent company in the evenings ;)

It was a really lovely day at Wellesbourne - DT knows how to please the crowds!!! :D

Cruised down the runway, paused with 655 facing the crowd line at intervals so pics could be taken, then turned her back on us so we could take shots of her form other angles too. Amazing!

And when we were blasted - WOW!!! Cameron still talks about it AND Savannah remembers it and are both looking forward to next time. Our pics were taken the old fashioned way so can't post any - sorry.

She looks stunning despite her many years in the elements. MaPS cannot be praised enough. Lovely pics Pam, thanks for posting those :D

Didn't DT 'accidently' do a taxi run last year where he lifted the nose wheel off the ground?

hmmmmmm an accidental taxi run - now that would be hard to explain =))

but I know what you mean, theres no reasn why they can't lift the nose on 655 - but whether he can or not does depend lot on wind strength & direction because of Wellesbournes short runway
