Aviation CLassics Series VULCAN!!!

Postby Avro683 » Wed Jan 05, 2011 2:01 am

Hi guys, just a heads up that the newest edition is covering the mighty delta! Great pictures and good to see both the taxiiable vulcans covered as well as XH558 and XM594 amongst others! Definately a MUST for the library!

I think Nick was referring to the fact they may be sold out Mags :)
In memory of a very dear friend - Mike Pearson

Very fond memories of Robbie Gilvary - DTs 1st Vulcan Captain who taught DT all he knew.

Some great articles in it lads including the loss of the Vulcan at Scampton during the start of a takeoff run. Only thing missing would have been a tribute to the surviving airframes with pics etc..

Haven't found the Vulcan issue in Smiths, but there's a nice Lightning issue half price :)
