Postby Jogger321 » Mon Oct 04, 2010 12:42 pm

Ok I know its a private event and I will watch it from the Road

Assuming the weather is ok does anybody know what time the Blades are scheduled to take off with their lucky passengers?

According to Sywell traffic Blades due to display 11am and 2pm subject to weather with bits inbetwwen. sywell is a busy airfield so should be possible to get good views with not too much hassle Best to park on road and walk in if crowded. See you there...

Weather at the moment both at Lyneham & Sywell is mist/fog & drizzle [worse at Sywell end] but I have no doubt it will clear & be nice later but the timings may slip an hour!

Looks like it may slip by more than an hour. Latest from Twitter.........

No departure from Lyneham looking possible until after 1300 local; forecast still not looking good after that.
