I'm thinking they won't come to
a screeching halt if it's a little
short...........

But then, they probably have
someone in the wings making
up the difference.........

They said in yesterdays newsletter the shortfall will carried over to next month.

DEADLINE 31st MAY

DEADLINE 31st MAY
APPEAL TOTAL:
£167,178

APRIL TARGET
£75,000
TO DATE: £2,840

Update on the homepage. (@ 15:37)

They got £64,338 for March if my calculation is correct (£10,662 short), so surely that shortfall should be added to the April total.

As I was a bit puzzled having watched from the sidelines, should the April target actually be £75,000 + the £12,000 shortfall if as a newsletter has said that it was transferred to the April target (maths and reading all the small print has never been my forte :) ).

I still think that with all that is happening in this country recently it is a fantastic achievment to date, and hope it continues :ymapplause:

At that rate, they'll be looking for about £92,000 in May. :(

Well, yes, but is that to cover the flying season or just to fund the winter maintenance?

It's to survive to get to the air show season, as I understand it, plus pay for a couple of during-season component servicing / management / life-expiry things (think one of the recent newsletters detailed these 'deferred' Component Life Register items).
