Hi guys.
Want ti meet the BEST Vulcan display pilot since the legend that is David Thomas? Well here is yiur chance. This Saturday Kevin is conducting a talk, there's only a handful of tickets for it. £10 per person. It is in Tuxford, 10 mins North of Newark. Anyone interested? £10 a ticket. Doors open at 18:45. Email paultrickett@hotmail.com or pm me. This is going to be a good talk, there are less than 30 tickets so it's an intimate gathering, not a massive venue. You can't get much more personal than that!

Sorry mate. No I'm still here! This talk should have been by a Vulcan test pilot but he's ill so KR is doing it. Cool eh? We just need to persuade Mrs T to get David 'God' Thomas to do one now.

That is a great shame, though understandable.
DT and KR (teacher and pupil ) together would have been great too.
Easy to see why Kev is such a good display pilot though eh Pam?

I've said before IMHO Kev has the edge because he spent 2 years in the VDF and served an apprenticeship.

This is a last minute thing. A Vulcan test pilot was down to do a talk, he's been taken ill so Kev has stepped i last minute. It's nothing to do with any TVOC event. A mate of mine has just opened a bookshop in Tuxford opposite the chippy selling just aviation/military related stuff, signed books, paintings etc and he has guest speakers.

Would have attended this talk but was already booked for Members day at Finningley. Spoke to Kev and he was basically doing the same talk so could def recommend it!! Was brilliant!!
