Relaxing near XM 603

As I sit in my car on the south west perimeter of woodford relaxing, it's sunny the skylarks are in full song over the airfield, and 603 still looks majestic on her own presiding over this, still, lifeless former aircraft manufacturing facillity.

It's is hard to imagine most of this area covered in housing (just what this area needs I think not) it would have been great to see it turned into an alternative Manchester airport facillity with light commercial/private aircraft adding to the proud heritage of this site + some real jobs re created, oh well back to my snooze.
