I have the chance to work in the "ailes anciennes de toulouse" and we have the brother of this guppy (the number 2).
our super guppy was painted during the winter and has take place in may in the new museum of aeronautic of toulouse.

the museum is smaller for permit a moving of the guppy, the society load to the instalation had forced to make a tree (one by landing gear) air cushion generator (some to hovercraft) for made the finel rotation for taken the good place. it's the shoorter fly of the life of the super guppy.

Can't wait to visit again! We went, last year, and had a look around the Guppy with Pierre and Sylvain, but, it was still inside Airbus at that time. The new building looks amazing

the new bulding is beautiful but is small, is make for recive welcome the A300B, concorde, super guppy and anything. the small plan (falcon and fighter) can take place between the plan. the other big plan , the caravelle, a other concorde (possible), the breguet two bridge (my work site, when we have finished), the first A400M(the first prototype can t fly after to many flight test, and airbus heritage and ailes ancienne try to it put into the museum) will park in front of the museum in a futur extension.

this is the photo (take by my phone sorry for the quality) of the construction of aeroscopia , the future aeronautic museum of toulouse. it probably will open in september.

end of november 2012 , make of the structure.

middle of avril 2013,

march 2014 , (we look in first plan the space of the futur extension for caravelle, concorde, breguet deux-pont, A400M....)
the museum isn't completely finish (it isn't waterproof) but the first plan intro (prevously the tree plan of big plan of airbus heritage , one concorde, one caravelle and the A300B did park in the same parking place for A380 in front of the assamblage bulding of the jumbo) . the two first is the corvette of airbus heritage (it isn't the corvette escorted the A350 for this first fly) and the falcon 10 of the ailes anciennes de toulouse, after it's the time for the last travel of the concorde 201 (he made a fly in air cushion generator)

. for finish the first day of intro it's the time of the A300B.

second part

I'm in the team who work in the breguet deux-pont (two bridgt in english) or Br 765 Sahara for the officel name. it's the flagship of the ailes anciennes.

it's a military or civil ( brigite , the nicknam of the the sahara of toulouse) is military , the indoor bridge is demontable for put truck into the plane

these is the upper bridge before the cleaning we made in october 2012

we have cleaning the cockpit and put out the "gueuse" (concrete bloc use for advance the gravity center during the travel between the old and the new field of the ailes ancienne) and all the mobile part by the crew acces in the top of a scale in the front landing gear hatch.

the dashboard (the red gripe in the top is for controle the extinguisher) and a model of the travel between the orlean afb and toulouse in the 80's (the body space under the body-wing connexion had cut, a trailer had put into the cargo bay and the back wheel had exit by the open under the wing place)

these is the bigger work of the years, the disassembly of the nacelle of the engine 3 (inter left)

a secret of brigitte, a channel of 50cm of diameter and 15 meter of lengh cross the wing and the body and I'm the spelunker of the team , I'm obligat to intro in the channel for bloc the bolt and permit to the other outdoor to put out the screw.
