I agree it's a daft system, but don't forget that for the smaller teams, without the driver's money, the team couldn't afford to exist.

I am not entirely sure that that is such a bad thing. F1 is supposed to be about the very best drivers in the very best cars.

Have to agree with Pam.

I would love Sky but can't have it for various reasons. But it does seem that the BBC has drawn the short straw with the live races, I know they're showing 'extended highlights' of the others, but what's the point in that. I read that they were showing the non live races in full but then that seemed to change back to highlights, so I don't think even the BBC know what's going on
It's like no NHL on channle 5 all over again

And don't get me started on drivers. I'm so peed off with Force India that I've stopped following them on twitter and Facebook (not that they care )

I just hope Sutil gets a place at Williams or Caterham (get rid of Trulli), it would be such a shame to see him out of F1, but in a way I think it would be good for him to go to a new team.

maybe it would have been better if it had been split between BBC and ITV............

I don't really understand why Tom is bothered about it. He proved this season that he is happy for the result to be announced anytime within the first six weeks or so after the race.

Every year I say 'No more .. it's cr+p'. Then I find myself getting up at some obscene hour just to watch Qualifying, ffs!

Next year it will be just the same. I will watch every race thanking my lucky stars that ITV no longer have any involvement.

Sky have promised not to interrupt the race with adverts

If Ferrari get their act together then Alonso will be the Champion. If not it will still be between Vettell and Button.. imho
