Cluny

How do you manage to make a sunny day look dark? ;) :))

Think I read in Flypast that the DC6 would only be doing taxi rides this year :( .

Believe the next Nimrod delivery is 25th May into Cosford.

Nice one Paul :-BD. I'd love to be able to go to something like this eg. 25th May to Cosford, but it seems a long way to go to see a plane retire and I can't really justify tht expence to the Missus (I still haven't completely convinced her this is better than spending money on her make-up & hair etc........) so it definately helps when folks like yourself seem to be everywhere there is any interesting aircraft goings on.

Are all the aircraft there at Coventry stored inside, or are they permanently outdoors? They all look immaculate.

Do you remember the designs for the Ekranoplan I posted drawn by my model making mate's son..... well he worked for Air Atlantique and it was him that designed and drew the tail logo on the Atlantic Airlines cargo planes - he's only the same age as my daughter :-o :D ;)

He also got to fly from Coventry to Bornemouth in the Meteor too - jammy git :p :D
