Will catch those videos when I have a spare couple of hours! :D :p

Went with the same pattern as 2011 this year on arrivals;
East - Thursday
West - Friday

Show - Saturday

And added in Monday departures for the first time.

Thursday - Great day. Loved the arrivals, loved the USAF BBQ, loved the 24 cans of MTN DEW for £12, loved the weather, all in all a great day out, although we seemingly missed a number of earlier (than normal?) Wednesday arrivals.

Friday - Dear oh Dear. The West was very quiet, very wet and it was only the pull of the B-2 and the weather cheering up a bit that kept us there. In hindsight, we should have moved to the East around mid-afternoon, but we toughed it out. Was great up there last year as the displays were right overhead, but you sacrifice the food and extra facilities. considering doubling down at the East next year. Wet Hot dogs and Wet Burgers being the main pull! LOL! :))

Monday - Plumped for the East, got right by the taxi line across from the B-2 hangars and enjoyed it, particularly the fast jet take offs where your whole body seemingly shakes, but did wonder whether that should have been my day in the West for the flying pictures. Any feedback gratefully received there. Was good to have another wet hot dog and take advantage of purchasing pickle and BBQ sauces at the end though!! :D

As a result, didn't get many "wheels up" flying shots, but a good weekend none-the-less. Just wish it didn't always go so quick!

Well I spent the whole of Friday at the East End Park and View, very wet, as were the burgers! ;) So yes I think you should have moved, It turned out to be the right place upon reflection!

I think your decision to be at the East End for the departures on Monday was a good one as you would only have caught grey blobs against a grey sky!

I did exactly the same as Helen before I watched anymore :ymapplause: :))

Have to say the videos are brilliant Paul. I am sure I'm not alone in appreciating the time you take to sort them out, upload and share them. They are a must for the likes of me that could not be there. Cheers mate :ymapplause: :ymapplause: :ymapplause:
