Thanks Cluny. I'm suprised you didn't see a Red Arrow, SM. I saw 3 Harriers once, or was it 1 Harrier thrice. :D

Myself, Garry and Kiddiecoaster made an unplanned trip to Fairford this afternoon with the idea of just driving around, seeing what was in etc... We saw a sign "Flyby Camping or Park and View" 300 metres from the end of the runway for just £5 per day... so we pulled in and took a stroll down the road to see what we could see. Thoroughly impressed by the afternoon, we had full displays from a Gripen, a Hornet, loads of choppers, RN Hawks and a STUNNING display by the C27J Spartan - that thing has no limits, lol!

The downside is that because it was unplanned we had no camera, video camera or scanner with us - so the following is all I managed to get using a mobile phone. The quality is DREADFUL but it gives an idea, lol, you can just about pick out the shape of the Vulcan through the grainy pixelated image.

Why didn't your father just put you in to the local kennels?

Errrrrrrrrrrrr yes! By a significant margin too... much lower and much faster. I think 558's just luring the Beast-52 in to a false sense of security though, then tomorrow she'll whip its tail!

Also, here's another quick clip from me, although it is just audio not video. Enroute to the area today we caught an article about the Vulcan coming to RIAT and I recorded what I could on Garry's phone!
