and then, as Gully says, a beautiful low missed approach, before going round to approach again for landing...

    Just back from Yeovilton.

The weather (low cloud) made it a difficult day for the organisers and the display aircraft with several displays being aborted and many not attempted (including some rotary :-o ) due to met. Also several aircraft going tech.

Still a good day out, and (believe it or not) I caught the sun. :ymblushing:

Some good displays, including the Sea Vixen, Jordanian Falcons and the Apache. :ymapplause:

I'm looking through my pictures to see if there's anything worth posting. =)) =)) =))

Good to meet up with Mackrick and Sad Sam among others too. B-)

Edit - 'ere you go (sorry but I'm not very good :(( )

Yeah, right. If THAT'S not very good, then

Thanks Mr W. You'll regret encouraging me. A few statics (allthough the Skyraider and Rafale did get airborne).

Got a few snaps from Yeovilton will sort them out later. Was rather busy so didn't get a chance to take to many. The Sea Vixen display was fantastic for a 1960's aircraft. And I agree with MF I much prefer the new colour scheme.
