And you could have been No 7, I wonder if that lightning owner has been taking tips from an outfit that used to reside at Bruntingthorpe? :-o

those poor buggers that you refer to are the reasons that oppotunists like you were there to get that film if it was/t for these dedicated people there would not be any high speed runs have you any ideal how much it costs for just one run

The silly thing is, you got MUCH closer and a MUCH better view of the run OUTSIDE of the airfield, the poor buggers that paid £30 where <cough> a lot further away than us ;)

The Hurricane really made my day though, that was fantastic! :D

you would get sick if you were left out in the heavy rain since 17th oct in only a thin cover also remember she is outside all year but still started first touch of the button as she always does please look to your films here to confirm 458 made 10 high speed runs this year with 9 good chute pulls and with 8 good double reheats saturdays would have pulled but loss of one reheat and foward inertial was the problem instead of making adverse comments why dont you contact me personally at www.lightningt5.com and come and see us instead of sniping perchaps you would like to make a contribution to her continuing ongoing restoration to keep this rear iconic machine live

If theres a sniper then it's you. You have purely joined this forum to call me an opportunist and have a go at me for no reason. You could have contacted me personally via PM but you chose not to.

Why don't you stand outside with a clipboard next time and write down the registration plates of the other 12 people that were also outside, then you can track them down and have a go at them too. Thankfully you are a small outfit, heaven forbid if you ran RIAT or Waddington and had to cope with THOUSANDS of people viewing the aircraft from outside the base.

If you think after this I shall be paying to come and see the Lightning then you are very mistaken. I do however wish you every success in the future with XS458.
