I live 5 minutes down the road and I'm wondering the same thing :-? :))

I've never been able to find anywhere good to watch the Reds from really (with the exception of my garden :)) ).

Being on a slight hill, where ever you stand you're obstructed by something.
If there's room I think we'll go to the little car park viewing area, if not then the the viewing area just off Till Bridge Lane and the road into the village of Scampton. And walk up to the end of the runway.
I haven't seen where the flypast will fly though. So I'm stumped.

I was at the BBMF Assoc. dinner on friday night and was sat with OC BBMF - I knew there was something I was going to ask him but forgot.

There's no excel programme this year on the BBMF website or at least if there is I can't find it. It was good because it said where and when the a/c were flying including any repositioning. I'm sure he mentioned that the Lanc was flying into and out of Scampton but no times were given - I know the Dams runs are at lunch time,

Sorry that's not much help either is it!! :(
In memory of a very dear friend - Mike Pearson

Very fond memories of Robbie Gilvary - DTs 1st Vulcan Captain who taught DT all he knew.

There is a NOTAM posted for the 16th at 18.15 till 18.45 UTC. (which is 7.15 PM BST I think). This NOTAM appears to include two fast jets plus BBMF, centred on Scampton.

Lancaster is definitely landing as I believe Chris Evans is going to be getting a lift on her to Biggin Hill at some point.

So I guess the wind will dictate where mum and I stand, if there's room we might park near to the bomb stores and walk to the end of the runway (if it's that end).
