Don't be too upset Thumper, the route was posted on UKAR, so I only assumed it was correct, she may not have transited that way in the end.

Just read Jigsaw's post so it looked like it might be correct then.

Todays posted route so far for 558 is take off 12.45 then East coast, followed by South midlands to Brize, this from VTST home page.

Didn't see or hear anything from her. The data said East Coast, Midlands, Brize. Not sure where she stopped on the east coast and turned towards Brize but it's only 45 miles SW of me so thought I might have been lucky.

I was sat in the restaurant at Jersey Aero Club Sunday lunch time, she was doing trips for the ATC, & that flying boat was there, it came from either the USA or Canada via Greenland & Iceland & the Mike the air show organiser tracked it down in Hamburg!!
