Lots of activity in the Lake District Monday-Wednesday, didn't ever have my camera to hand quick enough though.

Mainly
Pair of what appeared to be, fully loaded, poss dummies? Tornados buzzing around together.
Pair and Single Black Hawk/Gnat
Hercules
Harrier
Also a single Black Propeller plane of some sort flying around low on his own.

Then silence Thurs-Saturday. When I was actually fit enough to do some proper walking after having a chest infection :(

I would hazard a guess at a Tucano!

Had a Dakota with D-Day stripes come low over the house a short time back. Damned thing was so low that by the time I could hear it and managed to get outside that I only caught a glimpse of it over the houses! Reckon it could well have headed for Leicester Airport (Stoughton Aerodrome).

Something just went into Waddington, was working 250.850 so I know it wasn't a LWP, looked Sentinel sized.

Ascot 1799.

Any ideas?
I'm thinking Bae 146.

I thought ASCOT was a Herc callsign? I remember the Lyneham Ops was called ASCOT Ops when I visited it back in 2001.
