well, although logging into Iconic automatically clicks the counter, I've just done it manually and it's still showing as 1

so it's not me

There is a delay (of minutes to an hour) before it shows the vote just made. Also, you can only vote every 24 hours. What Im not sure of is ... if the "new day" starts at midnight in a certain US timezone, or you cannot vote from the same IP within 24 hours of your previous vote. Lots of question marks, but 1 click a day at a similar time each day will guarentee the vote
