Plane ID required please.

Hi all,

Hope we are all well?

Anyway, had a short stop in Riga airport over the weekend and spotted this, but am unsure what it is.... thought I would know somebody who would though!

The small plane next it is an Antanov AN2 I believe, same as what they have at Kemble.

Incidentally, there were quite a number of mothballed jets behind a fence that I didn't have my camera ready for in time, all with the "Red Star" mark on the tails.

It's actually a pre-production Tu-22M1 (NATO designation Backfire-A) I think you'll find.....

Is there an even better prize?

Is there a bonus prize for identifying the fuselage of an Antonov AN-2 near the nose of the Tu-22? :P
