What a shame he only manages 15 second segments! ;)

I'm guessing, they're taken using a phone and he hasn't worked out how to switch the video camera from "Size suitable for MMS" to "Whatever bloody size you like!"

Well, based on what I've read, I'm glad
there WAS a landing!

Now we have photographic proof!

Heads up for anyone near Kemble tomorrow and Coventry on tuesday ;)
Sorry about short notice but only found out last night myself that next
flight test will take place tomorrow morning from Kemble, there is
possibility of final flight test on Tuesday with aircraft landing at
Coventry rather than returning to Kemble after flight. The plans to
paint the aircraft are still on but may now happen after aircraft
appears on public display.

Nice to see photo's of WA591 in action. Its only when you get close up to her you realise just how well she has been restored by the Meteor Flight guys over the years... she's spotless.

Hi gents

As one of the team that got to paint her and her components. Its always nice to know people like the finished article .
I think Nick the Boss At RAF Odiham paintshop and his supervisors and the team should get more credit than they do in the magazines and on the internet for all the work that they did Seeing as the whole thing took about 6 weeks give or take a few days . and that is working on it almost non-stop .

Next time you see a classic jet / aircraft dont just think about the engineering think about the paint .
as its us painters bring that engineering to life.
