That was a great documentry, although I think it was edited a bit as there was only about 45mins if you take out the commercial breaks...............
I can't believe you can actually go up in one of the lighnings as a member of Joe public, any ideas on the cost of that sort of experience (not that I could afford it)?

It's definately given me more reason to go up to Brunty when the Lightnings come out to play (I just need to convince the missus its worth the 6,7,8 hour round trip.........). It be a long way from Bournemouth up to those parts :( (I might have to have a word with Mr Knees).

the only downside of raising the £7,000 is that, after landing in the Lightning, I'd want to spend another £X,000 on a trip in the Buccaneer :((

Sorry, I fail to see the DOWNSIDE in anything to do with Lightnings and Buccaneers! ;)

Nice to see the Two Inch Rocket pack being fired!

Nice vid.

The 2 inch rocket firing is quite funny. I have a BAe Warton vid from waaaaaay back showing the test firing of the rockets - all at once. The result probably made the pilot fill his g pants. Will see what I can do for getting it on YouTube in the next week or so.
