I remember the airshow scramble which was amazing !!! Pity we never realised that it was the last chance to see it happen in puplic :(

Excellent!

Whenever I see 558 take off or hear her it always saddens me when I remember hearing and seeing all those scrambles when I was just a little girl. Awesome sight and sound. Even living 3 (ish) miles away from the RAF base when there was a scramble we heard it from start to finish and saw them. WOW! I wish my kids could see that......
